still trying to get the blending right but don't think i am having much luck love these two colours but again struggled with the backing papers good old cuttlebug to the rescue again

Your colouring looks fab. These colours were very tricky to try to get a good shading effect - they're very bold. It's easier when you start with paler colours as you then have the darker ones to blend into - it's much more effective!! The challenge 5 colours are perfect for this.
